According to a market woman who is thought to be in her 40s, her husband left her over President Akufo-Addo.
She claimed that the husband worked as a driver but was unable to pay the car owner due to the high cost of petrol and other items, so they took the car away from him and he lost his job.
“I’m staying with my spouse with our four children and leaving a happy life, but my husband left us because of the difficulties.”
We choose to spend the money from whatever sales we make on our children’s school and other expenses has caused my landlord to fire me as well, leaving me jobless so I cant pay for my rent” she added.
