Bono Regional Communication Director for the New Patriotic Party(NPP), Asare Bediako Seth (ABS) has said the Minister for Railways Development is his minister for the year 2019.
Mr. Asare Bediako was reviewing the year 2019 and the way forward for the New Patriotic Party in 2020, in an exclusive interview with Kwame Boakye on Anopa Nimdee Adwasuo.
To him, Hon Joe Ghartey as the sector minister for Railway Development has contributed massively to bring back rail business in the country through construction and rehabilitation of some railways lines in the country.
He stated that, train is fast and cheapest means of transport but the sector for some years collapsed due to poor management but with the help of a visionary leader like President Akufo-Addo and his hardworking Minister they have been able to bring the sector back that is why he is putting him on top of his list for 2019.
Again, Mr. Bediako added that a lot of surveys came in 2019 predicting the 2020 election some in favour of NPP others against the party but they accept all in good faith and will work to improve their weaknesses so that 2020 general election will be easier for the party.
