General Overseer of the Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has risen to the defense of the Criminal Investigative Department (CID) head, COP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah.

Majority of concerned Ghanaians have called for the ejection of the Criminal Investigation Department boss, COP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, after the final reports put out by the acting IGP revealed the four missing girls are dead.

The names of the girls are Ruth Abakah, Priscilla Kuranchie, Ruth Love Quayson and Priscilla Blessing Bentum.

The controversial preacher has stated that the demands by a section of Ghanaians that the CID boss should be removed from post over the deaths of the 4 kidnapped Takoradi girls.

According to Rev. Owusu Bempah, the CID Boss and the President of Ghana should not be accused for the reported death of the girls.

He urged Ghanaians not to politicize the unfortunate developments surrounding the missing girls.

“We should stop accusing madam Tiwaa over the death of the girls. It is very sad to hear the death of the girls but madam Tiwaa was only acting upon the information she got at that time. She didn’t kill the girls and so why do you blame her for that.

We need to stop playing politics with the issue and leave Akufo-Addo out of the matter,” he stated.
