You cannot hope to transform Africa unless you transform the lives of ordinary people – Former Prez. JA Kufuor

Former President of the Republic of Ghana John Agyekum Kufuor may have just Add his voice to the ongoing heavy online protest by Ghanaians with a Subtle message via his Twitter handle.

In a simple tweet the former President wrote “Unless you transform the lives of ordinary people, you cannot hope to transform Africa.”

Ghanaians are currently in the mood to force government into doing the needful, it all begun with a Twitter hashtag ’Fix The Country’ which generated other topics joined by many high profile personalities.

Even though some are trying to chip inn some political agendas, Most of this protesters believe it’s time to rise beyond political views, Putting both NPP and NDC in the mud to bear the consequences of their poor governance.

Kufuor severed as President of Ghana from January 7 2001 to January 7 2009 before handing over power to the late Atta Mills and his latest tweet is a clear indication we cannot rise as a continent if citizens of individual African countries are not taken beyond the current high cost of living.
