We Didn’t Have A President In 2012; We Had A Pickpocket Leader – Chairman Wontumi

Between 2012 and 2016, Ghana didn’t have a President but rather, a pickpocket the Ashanti regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has said.

Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, in an interview with Wontumi TV has stated that the volume of corruption related cases President Akufo-Addo inherited in 2017, shows clearly that there was no one in charge of the affairs of Ghana.

The NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated that between 2012 and 2016, the President of Ghana acted as a “pickpocket” and stole from the nation to satisfy his selfish interest.

On the back of his statement, he warned Ghanaians not to buy into the message of any political party aside the NPP by warning that “they took you for granted. They called us people with short memories and killed our businesses through dumsor”.

He continued that if President Akufo-Addo has managed to fix the country by introducing free Senior High School and improved upon on electricity situation, he has faith that all other problems he inherited from Mr. John Mahama would be fixed at the right time.
