In a viral video it was seen the student reading the manifesto to mate step by step with the listed promises.
Account to the Upcoming School Prefect, He will make each of the student have boyfriend or girlfriend when they voted for him as New SP.
He then read another listed promises which goes by, there will be free Punishment when voted as new school prefect.
