An unidentified man has been seen in a video telling two police officers who stopped him and asked for money.
The angry man told the police officers they are worth more than Ghc2, therefore, it is high time they stopped the disgraceful act.
He blatantly told them he will arrest them if they did not stop asking for money.
Some Ghanaian police officers have gained notoriety for extorting drivers for little or no offense at all.
