Unemployment Will Be Answered By The MoMo Tax – Kojo Oppong Nkrumah To Ghanaians

The member of parliament for the Ofoase Ayirebi, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has made certain budgetary demands for 2022.

The finance minister’s reading of the 2022 budget has sparked some debate and misunderstanding among Ghanaians. If passed, this budget will bring major changes to the country by the year 2022.

According to analysis, some of these changes will benefit us, while others will not benefit the country or its residents in the near future. The budget disclosed some completion percentages for some government-funded projects. It also disclosed the tax-paying and non-paying percentages of Ghana’s population.

The Finance Minister announced the start of various projects in the budget, including the extension of the Tema motorway and others. The e-levy and the elimination of toll booths are two items in the budget that have had Ghanaians buzzing.

These two initiatives have gotten Ghanaians talking, and the minority has pledged to fight the president’s and his Government’s policies.

During a debate on the budget for 2022, the member of parliament for the Ofoase Ayirebi constituency Kojo Oppong Nkrumah implored his minority colleagues to reason with him so that the budget can be adopted.

According to him, the budget contains all of the country’s challenges and also addresses unemployment by using the MoMo Tax. The budget will alleviate the concerns of the youth and nnemployment will be answered by the MoMo Tax; he said.
