The National Communication Director, Sammy Gyamfi has expressed excitement following Hon. Alban Bagbin’s victory in the Speaker of Parliament contest yesterday, 7th January 2021. Alban Bagbin defeated the incumbent Speaker of Parliament Mike Aaron Ocquaye to become the Speaker of the 8th Parliament.
Excited Sammy Gyamfi took to social media to show gratitude to God for allowing victory to finally kiss the feet of the NDC.
The young lawyer noted that Alban Bagbin’s win is a big victory for the NDC. He indirectly stated that it was through the NDC’s hard work that has seen Alban Bagbin where he is today.
