Nigeria is faced with the issue of insurgences specifically the harm caused by Boko Haram but Ghana’s headache, according to the Bono Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party is the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the promotion of activities of Lesbian, gay, bi-sexual trans, queer, intersex (LGBTQI+)
Mr. Kwame Baffoe in an interview on the Nsempa Fie show which airs on Wontumi TV noted that allowing LGBTQI+ to promote their activities and allowing same sex marriage in Ghana would be dangerous for the country to handle since it is already faced with the damage the NDC has caused and continue to do.
The NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Abronye stated that the troubles which has emanated from the lies the NDC campaigned on to rule Ghana has caused us to retrogress and for that reason, there was no need to add that of LGBTQI+ when the NDC problems are being resolved.
