NDC Published Names Of Top 13 Lawyers Who Will Face NPP And EC At The Supreme Court

Following the results of the 2020 election in Ghana. National Democratic Congress (NDC) has come with a lot of information about the Electoral commission declaration. The Electoral Commission declared Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo as the president-elect in the republic of Ghana.

Through what electoral commission declared the strong opposition party NDC didn’t take it as light note have been protesting and demonstrating against the Electoral commission for justice.

They held a lot of press conference to debate about the election results. Following the information that came from their press conference means they are ready to send their petition to the court about the election which they believed the result was manipulated.

Today news National Democratic Congress (NDC) has come out with the date they will send their petition to the court and also top prominent lawyers who will defend them at the court verdict.

These are the names of the top prominent lawyers NDC party has announced to the public;

The first on the list Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata following the rest.

Lawyer Dr Bassit Bamba

Lawyer Tony Lithur

Lawyer Fui Tsikata

Lawyer Nana Ato Dadzie

Lawyer Victor K. Adawudu

Lawyer Abraham Amaliba

Lawyer Dr Rainer Akumperigya

Lawyer Samuel Cudjoe

Lawyer Marrietta B. O. Appiah

Lawyer Edudzi Tamakloe

And the last is Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi who is the communication officer for the National Democratic Congress.0

Under the laws of the electoral commission, you can challenge the election results between 21 days which ends 30th December.
