Seasoned broadcast journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah has consoled Hon.Aponkye after his loss in the District Assembly and Unit Committee elections that was held on December 17, 2019.
She has also advised him not organize any demonstration with his fans . From a telephone chat between Nana Aba Anamoah and Hon. Aponkye posted on social media, Nana Aba Anamoah asked Hon.Aponkye to accept the defeat in good faith and possibly try another time.
She also noted that she wouldn’t defend Hon.Aponkye in any way if he is arrested by Ghana Police for organizing a demonstration.
Nana Aba Anamoah also jokingly asked Hon.Aponkye to get some porridge made from corn dough and stressed her willingness to help Hon.Aponkye with transportation anytime he decides to be in Accra
