May Day: “We should all spread the news about the importance of pensions”- Nana Addo tells Ghanaian workers

The president of Ghana, his excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on May Day with his cabinets join Ghanaians workers at Independence Square to celebrate the May Day holiday set for all workers in Ghana

In the post the President of Ghana posted on his social media handle been monitored by Ghanawish.com, he disclosed that all workers should spread the news about importance of pensions as he encourages all social partners with the likes of SNIIT and others to comply with the existing pension regulations.

“I encouraged our social partners, employers and enterprise owners to comply with existing pension regulations and support their staff to contribute to pension schemes” The president said.

And then added that “We should all spread the news about the importance of pensions and the structures in place to ensure transparent and effective management of pension funds”.
