A landlord has issued a quit notice to a male renter, requesting that he vacate the premises.

He issued the tenant a two-month deadline to locate new housing and move out.

The sole reason for providing the renter with a quit notice was because he has a large number of female guests in his room.

The owner claimed in the notice that the renter had transformed the unit into a brothel, where he brought in several girls to practice prostitution.

Part of the notice read:

“…your act of prostitution where several ladies are brought into the apartment currently occupied by you can no longer be occupied.”

Several warnings have been handed over to desist your indiscriminately sexual activity but to no avail.”
