The board which is chaired by Dr. Richard Amoako Baah with Mr. Kofi Adjei as the new CEO is expected to provide technological support to the Industrial Transformation Agenda of Government, particularly to the 1D1F companies and other MSMEs. Other members of the board include Hon. Collins Owusu Amankwa, Hon. Emmanuel Anhweren, Mr. Emmanuel Effah, Mrs. Diana Frimpong Manso and Dr. Mrs. Abena Antwi. The Hon. Minister tasked members to ensure full commitment to the agenda of Government in achieving the Ghana Beyond Aid vision of the President.
