All Ghanaian Christians, including himself, had fallen short of God’s requirements, according to Great Ampong, who claimed to have heard God say as much.
He said throughout the brief interview that he sobbed uncontrollably after hearing God’s voice.
“A friend of mine drove me here, and as I was about to get out of the car, I heard the voice of God saying that all Ghanaian Christians had failed Him and that I am also a part of it,” the man said.
He said, “Everyone here watched me actually cry hysterically and I couldn’t get out of the car. I clearly heard a voice telling me that you belong to a group of Christians who had horribly let God down.
He added, “I cried uncontrollably, so I decided that if this is what I have heard, I will come and share whatever God has blessed me with on the day of my birthday with the children at the orphanage home.”
