EKOW EWUSI SQUEEZES SAMMY GYAMFI AS HE SUES HIM FOR DAFAMATION.

The first vice chairman of the rulling NPP in the Central Region Mr Horace Ekow Ewusi has sued the National communications director of the opposition NDC Sammy Gyamfi at the High Court of Justice, General Jurisdiction Accra, Greater Region for defamation.

The Communication Director of the NDC Sammy Gyamfi who vehemently runned down the high earned reputation of the First Vice Chairman who again doubles as one of the directors of the Ekow Ewusi Fundation a non governmental organisation which assits with the performance of humanitarian works or activities, calling him names and accusing him of conspiring with foreigners to undertake illegal mining in the country as a member of the Galamstop team, has been sued by the First vice Chairman.

The Communication director of the NDC Sammy Gyamfi who questions the source of wealth of the first vice Chairman and also tried linking it to conspiring and corruption activities being undertaken by Ekow Ewusi as a member of the Galamstop.

Mr. Harace Ekow Ewusi on the 10th day of May 2019 got the Accra High Court to serve Mr Sammy Gyamfi with a writ of defamation for which the defendants Sammy Gyamfi is expected to enter appearance within eight days, Failure of which a default Judgement will be given against the defendant.

Mr. Ewusi a very successful, resourceful, influential, approachable, affable, one-handed and patriotic personality who through his hard work and patriotic was elected as the First vice Chairman of the NPP in the Central region by dint of his hard work, dedication, commitment and loyalty to the party finds it very denigrating and humiliating for the Communication director of the NDC Sammy Gyamfi to accuse him of corruption and insulting his personality.

The defendant Sammy Gyamfi Communications Director of the NDC from a very reliable source have made contacts trying to appeal for an out of court settlement of the suit and has equally done that through some high profile party members and other influential personalities, but the First Vice Chairman remains resolute in his suit and stands by the court suit against Sammy Gyamfi.
