CHECK OUT: The 30 African Countries with Confirmed COVID-19 Cases

Over 30 countries within the African sub-region have so far recorded confirmed cases of the deadly Coronavirus with Egypt leading, followed by South Africa, Algeria and Morocco.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) People may experience: Runny nose, Sore throat, Cough, Fever, Pneumonia and Difficulty breathing (severe cases) which is among the signs and symptoms of the virus.

3. Algeria – 48 cases, 4 deaths
4. Morocco – 28 cases, 1 death
5. Senegal- 24 cases

8. Ghana – 7 cases
9. Rwanda – 5 cases
10. Cameroon – 4 cases
11. Kenya – 3 cases
12. Ivory Coast – 3 cases
13. Nigeria – 2 cases
14. Seychelles – 2 cases
15. Namibia – 2 cases
16. Congo Republic- 2 cases
