Before former President John Mahama left office, he placed his wife on the same salary scale of a cabinet minister, Chairman Wontumi has revealed.
The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) informed that, “currently the state pays Lordina Mahama the same salary a cabinet minister who isn’t in Parliament earns”.
He challenged Mr. Mahama to debunk the revelation if there is mischief in what he is saying.
According to the NPP Chairman known as Chairman Wontumi, Ghanaians shouldn’t pity the household of former President John Mahama because he “sits home and earns bigger income than the masses”.
