Ghanaian pop musician, Sister Derby, has advised people who want to date celebrities to be confident in themselves and “like attention”.
She gave the advice during an interview on the Class Drive (CD) on Class91.3FM on Tuesday, 7 January 2020.
She told show host Prince Benjamin that: “If you’re not confident in yourself or you don’t have your own thing going, you’ll find it tough [dating a celebrity]. You have to be confident in yourself, you have to know who you are, you have to have something going.
“I don’t like saying financially, but it’s also part, but it’s deeper than financially, like as a person you need to have a strong character, you need to be confident.
“You just need to be confident in yourself and you need to like attention.”
Sis Derby dated rapper Medikal but the relationship crashed amidst accusations of cheating.
