Appointment Committee petitioned as Agyeman Manu failed to pay his Driver’s Ghc800 salary for 7 years

Former Driver of the Minister of Health-designate has petitioned the Appointments Committee to get the Minister-designate to pay him arrears owed him from 2009 to 2016 when he worked with him as a personal driver.

According to a letter, there was an agreement between the driver and the Dormaa Central Member of Parliament for him to be paid eight hundred Ghana Cedis monthly.

However, the Dormaa Central Minister failed his part of the bargain and left the driver in a financial fix which made him borrow monies friends.

The driver indicated that the total amount of money owed him as of the time he ended his service was GHC 76, 800.
