Al-Ahli Ready To Sign Dede Ayew For $50 Million From Swansea

Saudi Arabian football giants Al-Ahli Jeddah are ready to splash a staggering $50million transfer fee to sign Ghana Black Stars captain Andre Dede Ayew from English Championship outfits Swansea City.

The 30-year-old playmaker will be tempted with an offer of a whopping $200,000 per week without tax to force the Ghanaian superstar to make a quick decision to play in the Middle East country, impeccable sources have hinted.

Agents involved in the imminent deal held a meeting on yesterday (Tuesday) this week with officials of the Jeddah-based club to agree on the offer to make to the former Ghana’s Under-20 captain and his English Championship club.

It’s believed that on Wednesday morning that they have agreed to table $50million to Swansea City as a package for his release clause and will lure the Ghana captain with a $200,000 per week offer to play for them.

A meeting with Ayew’s management team will be lined up in the coming days before the offer is made to the south Wales club to release their most important player for the past two seasons.

Al-Ahli’s interest in the son of Ghana’s legend Abedi Pele Ayew was sparked by the club’s coach Vladan Milojevic who has been fascinated by Ayew’s playing style and inspirational leadership qualities.

Al-Ahli is keen on signing Ayew during the January transfer window but it is not known if Swansea City would be keen on releasing their key player who has been instrumental in their successes so far this season.

Ayew is one of the most experienced players in world football today after playing for illustrious clubs such as Olympique Marseille and Lorient in France, Fenerbahce in Turkey and West Ham in England.
