Adu Safowaah is currently engaged in a battle with Afia Schwarzenegger, who, according to her, is HIV/AIDS positive.

Even when she was warned to be careful what she says because she might be caught in a trap if she had to verify it, Safowaa boldly stated that Afia Schwar is HIV positive!
