A 54 year old man yesterday got killed for allegedly dating a 15 year old JHS leaver in a small village in Ashanti region. According to the girls mother, her daughter had been seeing the man for the past 8 months.
Her elders brothers had given her and the deceased strong warning about the affair but both turned death ears to those warning. The four brothers of the Young girl unknowingly had decided to teach the deceased a bitter lesson. So yesterday when the deceased had gone to the farm, the four brothers followed him and gave him the beatings of his life.
He was found and was carried home very weak. Around 3 pm in the evening, he gave up the ghost. The matter was reported to the nearby police station and the four brothers of the young girl were arrested.
When we got the village the incident had already happened but according to the information we gathered, Mr. Yaw Sarfo, the deceased owned the largest cocoa farm in ‘Dome’. The young girl who we could not have the chance to interact with we were told her is name Yaa Abrafi.
