NPP to organize peaceful walk in appreciation of NDC’s stance on voters register – Abronye

NPP’s Abronye DC indicated his excitement over some development in the political space.

His happiness is premised on the fact that the National Democratic Congress [NDC] is backing out of the compilation of the New Voters’ Register by the Electoral Commission [EC].

Sounding sarcastic, the outspoken NPP guru lauded the opposition party for its decision, saying “this will make the work of the electoral body much easier” ahead of December 7, general polls.

The NPP Bono Regional Chairman who was speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ told host Mac Jerry Osei Agyeman that the NPP “will organize a ‘peaceful walk’ in appreciation of the NDC’s stance’ on the new voter register compilation.

“We are grateful to the NDC for making us know they won’t participate in the upcoming voter registration exercise. When the National Identification card was coming they said that they won’t participate but they later organized their people. This exercise, we praying the NDC will boycott it. We are happy with their decision.
