Today happens to be the day the Senior National team, the Blackstars Of Ghana have their first match with the squirrels Of Benin in the AFCON 2019
The match wasn’t an easy nut tho but the stars were able to have two goals at the end of the event.
Early today, Ghanawish.com reported that,the president of Ghana has joined the team, ahead of the Black Stars’ opening AFCON 2019 match against the Squirrels of Benin, to wish them the very best of luck, and urged them to end our country’s AFCON trophy drought this year.
The veep, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia who couldn’t join the team but enjoyed his in his house and his better half, Samira Bawumia have being captured in a picture jubiilating when the second goal came for the stars to lead Benin 2 : 1.
