Counsel for Dr. Zenator Rawlings, Godwin Tamakloe has filed an appeal against the High Court’s dismissal of their application, urging the Court to throw out a suit challenging his client’s candidature.

The Presiding Judge, Justice Kwaku Ackaah Boafo in a letter from lawyer for the plaintiff, Gary Nimako, stating personal reasons for not appearing in Court, adjourned the case to the 9th of this month.
Reacting to comments that Dr. Zenator Rawlings is not a registered voter, Lawyer Tamakloe said his client is not worried as she believes that her candidature will not be affected.
