Ghanaian business mogul and politician, Bernard Antwi Bosiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has submitted an officla bid to buy Chelsea.
This comes after the NPP bigwig expressed his interest in buying the current holders of the UEFA Champions League following an official press release from owner Roman Abramovich to sell the club amidst the Russian-Ukraine war.
The Russian billionaire is said to have close ties with President Vladimir Putin, whose invasion of Ukraine has led to several deaths and injuries.

Reacting to Chairman Wontumi’s desire to buy Chelsea, Ghanaian internet sensation Twene Jonas has descended heavily on Ashanti Region Chairman of NPP party.
According to him, he doesn’t see the politician as a serious person. He said if he has such money he should rather build roads for the citizens of Kumasi.
