Julliet Ibrahim ignores Mahama’s Covid-19 support ; Praises Akuffo Addo on fighting Coronavirus

Actress and producer Juliet Ibrahim says government must be commended for its role in the fight against COVID-19 in Ghana.

She believes government has been proactive in its efforts to fight the virus since the first case was recorded in the country, thereby reducing its possible rapid spread.

Juliet ‒ who is currently stuck in Lagos, Nigeria, as a result of the closure of the Ghana border due to the pandemic ‒ was speaking on 3FM’s On Record With Miriam, a live chat session on Instagram.

Answering questions on the impact of COVID-19 on the movie industry, the actress indicated that the closure and intimacy with crew would be greatly affected on movie sets.

She, however, advised movie and content producers to harness the opportunities that digital platforms present during these times.

Juliet also hinted she was working on documenting her COVID-19 experience into a movie that would be released soon.
