Group Secures Court Injunction To Halt NPP Takoradi Constituency Polling Station Election

A group has secured an injunction from the Circuit Court to halt the process of the Polling Station Elections in the Takoradi Constituency.

The order filed by Mr Emmanuel Andoh and Mr Reindolf Abakah is to restrain the defendants, Mr Prince Arthur, Mr Kingsley Acheampong, Mr Asaah Mensah and their agents from supervising the Polling Station Executive Elections of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Takoradi Constituency.
