Government ease Restriction on playing football behind close doors.

Good news to Ghanaian clubs and their supporters as government ease further restrictions on football to allow supporters into the stadium during matches.

In a communication through the Youth and Sports Ministry signed by Hon. Issac Asiamah, clubs will not be allowed to have 25% of their stadia capacity. This decision according to the Minister is due to the country’s progress in combating the Global pandemic (COVID-19).

Ghana has made significant progress in combating the disease of late. Government has therefore eased the restriction of playing behind closed doors. Seating at all stadia will therefore be limited to Twenty Five Capacity. The statement reads.
