Ghana ‘no more a democratic country’ under Akufo-Addo – Asiedu Nketia

The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] says Ghana under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is “no more a democratic country.”

Johnson Asiedu Nketia and his party are demanding the resignation of the Minister of National Security, Albert Kan-Dapaah, over the alleged torture of the Deputy Editor of news website ModernGhana, by operatives of National Security.

Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show, the NDC Chief Scribe also accused President Nana Akufo-Addo of presiding over “barbaric” attacks on press freedom and journalists.
