English Singer Ed Sheeran is being sued by the family of Ed Townsend, the co-writers of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On ” 1973 song.
Ed is said to have plagiarized some elements from Gaye’s ”Let’s Get It On” for his 2014 Hit Song ” Thinking Out Loud ”
The suit against Sheeran claims that he plagiarized “the melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bass line, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping” from Gaye’s hit.
