Aggrieved youth of Safo; a community located within the Kwabre East District have abrogated their political support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a strong protest staged on Thursday 21st May 2021, Nana Kodom Agyeman (Akwamuhene) stated clearly that owing to how President Akuffo Addo has failed to direct the Paramount Chief of Juaben Nana Otuo Siriboe II to stay away from their land, there is no way they can follow the party anymore.
“For many years now 95 percent of our voters population goes to the NPP but Nana Addo has not been able to see to the amicable settlement of this litigation.”, one resident told the media.
