Two ethnic groups, Akyodes and Chalas in Keri, a farming community in the Nkwanta South district of the Oti Region clash over yam festival rituals; 12 people arrested as the police and military were deployed to the area to restore peace.
The residents fled the scene and went into hiding as the security agencies stormed the area.
