A deprived Ghanaian man broke down in tears after he recently lost his wife at the Manhyia District Hospital in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
His wife died after a long battle with illness that nearly took her life.
As he lamented her death, he described the events leading up to her death in a video tape.
Health personnel who attended to his wife allegedly pocketed money from him without producing receipts, according to the guy.
He further stated that a health professional who had been caring for his wife had abandoned her at one time.
After people saw the video in which the man weeps while recounting his heartbreaking story, it elicited strong emotions on social media.
