Yaw Agyei, a former Constituency Youth Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Kwahu Afram Plains South, was shot and killed.
According to partygoers, the deceased was kidnapped from his home in Ekyi by some unidentified persons in an unregistered vehicle before being found dead with gunshot wounds.
Kelvin Glover, the constituency secretary, verified the event according to 3news report.
He claims that a report has been filed to the Afram Plains police task group, and that investigations have begun.
