This came after another video of white man staking lotto at a kiosk in Accra.
The white man who can be said to be in die need of money was seen mentioning some numbers with his last money in his pocket with hopes that he would be able to win at the end of the day.
netizens who chanced upon the video of the white man staking the lotto commented by saying that indeed the system is hard and everyone is trying all sorts of means in order to be able to feed themselves and their families.
