Fire has gutted a house at Coaltar in the Ayensuano District in the Eastern Region.
The inferno which occurred at about 8:30am burnt the two-bedroom self-contained house and its household properties.
The items destroyed include Television set, Sounds system, Refrigerator and personal, clothing among others.
The fire incident has displaced a couple and their three children.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
Officials of the National Disaster Management Organization, NADMO, have visited the scene for impact assessment.
