A video of a man with body parts of a missing little boy has cause stir after the family of the little boy intensifies their search.
A man believed to be in his forties has been arrested by community member for alleged carrying body parts of a little boy.
According to information, the went missing for some days only to be found dead and the body parts chopped into pieces by the man
