In the latest update provided by the Ghana Health Service, Ghana’s COVID-19 active cases have seen a surge.
797 new cases have increased the country’s active cases to 4,665.
Ghana’s death toll now stands at 405 after previously been 390.
In all, the total confirmed cases in the country are 65, 427 whiles 60, 357 clinical recoveries have been recorded.
There are calls on the President to place restrictions in order to control the spread of the virus in the country.
