NPP Founder Member Dr. Amoako Tuffuor killed by Coronavirus

Information gathered indicates that Dr Kwame Amoako Tuffuor, a founder member of the New Patriotic Party has died this Thursday morning in Kumasi after battling Covid-19 complications according to multiple sources.

He is believed to have had a number of underlying conditions before being struck by the deadly coronavirus disease days ago.

Dr. Tuffuor is former National Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme under the Kuffuor administration.

Dr Amoako Tuffour was also a presidential advisor in President Akufo-Addo’s first term.

Dr. Tuffour was the brain behind the National School Feeding Programme and was tapped to lead it.
