Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, a likely private legal practitioner and social commentator has thrown jabs at the Late Jerry John Rawlings’ last born and only son, Kimathi Rawlings whiles he praises Honourable Dr. Zanetor Rawlings, the first child of the late.
Speaking as a guest on Wontumi TV’s morning show, Maurice Ampaw has said Kimathi is the only son but it seems Kimathi Rawlings is doing nothing. He questioned why he isn’t into politics while his sister is into it.
“He is the only son of Rawlings and see him. He is doing nothing. Instead of him to rise he is just there. Even his sister Zanetor is into politics so why is he not”, he said.
Yesterday, the National Democratic Congress held a vigil at Obra spot, Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra in honour of the late ex president and their founder, Jerry John Rawlings who died last Thursday at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after battling with a mild illness.
