Any one who is not married does not qualify to be a Member of Parliament – Counsellor Luterodt

Counselor George Lutterodt has said that anyone who is not married does not qualify to represent his/her constituency in Parliament.

Speaking in an interview on TV Africa, he said vehemently that even God after creating Adam had to create Eve so that the man can become ‘complete’.

“2020 primaries or election, you should not vote for any man who does not have a wife. Unmarried people are not qualified to become members of Parliament”.

“Whether a man or a woman. So far as he does not have a husband or wife, don’t vote for him/her. Any MP that comes to your place who wants your vote, let him prove to you that he’s a husband and a father. If not, don’t vote for any man who’s not married”.

The Host of the show on TV Africa then chipped in that there are competent people who are not married.

In response, Lutterodt said:

“No unmarried man is competent to manage a community or even manage a group of people”, he stressed.
