The Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) has temporarily ban the commercial use of tricycles (Adaidaita), locally called ‘Pragya’ or ‘Mahama Canboo.
The ban was in accordance with the President’s restrictions on movement in Kumasi, Accra; Tema to contain the spread of the Nobel covid-19.
The council attributed the decision, to lack of cooperation on the side of the Adaidaita drivers, who were not adhering to the basic protective measures against the new coronavirus in their line of duties.
