Ghanaian gospel artiste, Abena Ruthy is of the view that all other gospel musicians should help give Celestine Donkor the opportunity to win this year’s VGMA gospel artiste of the year.
In a post cited by browngh, it is her wished a different person would be able to win the VGMA gospel artiste every year.
According to Abena, all the gospel artiste nominees on the list are awesome but they should come together and help the “Agbebolo” singer to win from the category.
She wrote:
“I wish every year we’ll have a different person winning Gospel Artiste of the year. We should get more of our folks on top. Diana and Joe are awesome and can even push for this with their huge following but I believe we should give Celestine Donkor the opportunity this year. She has come far and has worked hard too. Let’s see how it goes. We love all of you and are very proud to see you blazing the trail. Long live the Gospel Industry.”
