The Current Head coach of the Black Stars B (Local Black Stars), Ibrahim Tanko who was both an assistant coach with coach Maxwell Konadu for the senior National Team of Ghana, Black Stars under former head coach Kwasi Appiah has jumped in defense of his former technical colleague and describe the words used by Aduana Stars Coach W.O Tandoh as unfortunate
The former National U-23 team head coach stated as quoted below:
“Maxwell is not a village coach. Maxwell is one of the best we have in the country. How could you descend so low and make such unprofessional comments about a colleague? The fact that you won the game doesn’t guarantee you to call a colleague coach a village coach. Don’t forget you lost 5-2 to Liberty last weekend. Must Liberty coach call you uncivilized coach?”
