GHOne TV news anchor, Serwaa Amihere has pleaded with policy makers to enact a law that will see rapist, especially those who molest toddlers to have their d,ick cut off.
In a tweet, Serwaa thundered, “What comes over some men to defile babies as young as 3? We need to cut off their pen-is!”.
Her plea reflects the sentiments of majority of women. It’s very heartbreaking to hear news often punctuated with stories about men defiling little children.
But is something as harsh as cutting off their manhood the way to go?
