According to the Opposition communications Director, Sammy Gyamfi revealed that akuffo made a Facebook post about his attendance to Yendi to celebrate Damba festival with Both Abudus and Andani in the north region.
However, he lamented that akuffo Addo posted that it’s been 30 years now wlthat damba is celebrated which he is not true according to his fact.
He vocalized that, 2001 damba was celebrated and after 2002 where YA – NA was killed by unknown Assailants and due to that, The festival wasn’t celebrated again since that time till 20 19 and when you calculate it, is rather 17 years not 30 years.
