Chief Executive Officer of embattled gold hub, Menzgold has finally broken his silence after been granted bail.
According to him, he would address his customers, through the press on Monday, August 19, 2019.
He said his presser would be regarding the state of affairs of the company and how to resolve pending matters relating to the company.
Background
Accra Circuit court has reviewed bail conditions earlier given to the embattled CEO of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1.
About a week ago, the court imposed a GH¢ 1 billion bail condition with 5 sureties, three of whom must be justified on NAM1.
Making a case for the review of the bail condition, lawyers of NAM1 argued that the bail conditions were unfair and needed to be reviewed.
